Our week was packed full of activities and work, in no specific order.
Veronica and I are finding our way around the area so we can practice our Thai at the local market.
How much is it? Veronica practices her Thai with one of our market ‘friends’ named Tham.
One of the neighbourhood’s more classic architecture styles.
Rasmus finished his first two weeks in a new school, with new friends, in a new land, new, new, new! And he survived. That’s worth celebrating. Congratulations son!
Lucas felt the need to join in the celebration.
Our super nanny! She’s doing a fantastic job and we are so thankful for her being here for a few weeks.
I took V out for a little date while Gabriella stayed home with the boys. We enjoyed uninterrupted conversation over lime and mint juice and some Northern Thai appetisers at a nearby restaurant.
Some friends showed up at our door.. expectedly.. and we had a super time together.
Bevin and David ‘enjoying’ the smoke from my grill.
Gene reads one of Rasmus’ library books in the boys’ room.
David and Eunha, one of the handsomest couples on earth.
Veronica always loves a deep discussion. Here she is in full engagement while David and Eunha share their hearts about life in Asia.
We were invited to the Frivolds for dinner this evening. A wonderful family! Can anybody guess who the famous man is with his back to the camera?
I forgot what it’s called, but it was delicious!
Our boys are both doing so well in their new home. We are very proud of them both!
